You have the right to return purchases made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product in the same condition as when it was sent (unless it is a defective product) and get a full refund less the shipping costs paid.
Products once opened, the storage period of which begins after their opening, are not subject to return and exchange. The refund of the amount of the order (which does not include the initial shipping costs) will be returned within 14 days from the request for cancellation of the order provided that the products have been received and that they are in perfect condition.
If the return is required for a defective product, (La empresa) undertakes to replace or exchange the product for another or to refund the amount paid. In this case, the shipping costs of the transport company for the replacement, exchange or return of the product will be borne by the company.
In the case of requesting that we send you the transport company, the shipping costs of 7€ will be charged.
